Pharmacy Label Cabinet description:
- Original oak finish.
- 5 drawers with 61 separate bins.
- large number of labels imprinted with compound name and "Clyde N. Smith, Pharmacist, Spiceland, IN.
- 24 inches wide, 7.5 inches deep, 19 inches high.
- Cabinet is in very good condition with minor damage to the wood on the top rear.
- The drawers are numbered on the bottom 136 - 140 with corresponding numbers in cabinet slots.
(May indicate that this was the 28th unit built??)
The cabinet was last owned by Clyde N. Smith, Spiceland, Indiana. All the labels were printed with his
name. I found his name on a Google search in an 1900 Alumni listing from Purdue University. He is listed
as a prescription clerk in Knightstown, Ind.
